Recipe of the Week - Spinach and Cheddar Waffles

Description
This savory waffle from Inspired by the Seasons puts some spring market finds to a VERY good use! Pick up the ingredients you need because this will be a perfect Sunday brunch....don't forget eggs!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBS melted and cooled butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, add dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Cook according to waffle maker directions.
Top with a fried egg, or go all out and slather on some spinach goat cheese dip.
