About Us

We are a hus­band-and-wife, first-gen­er­a­tion farm­ing team prac­tic­ing urban agri­cul­ture in Wis­con­sin. As par­ents to a big (and grow­ing!) fam­i­ly of sev­en kids, our farm is tru­ly fam­i­ly-run from the ground up. We spe­cial­ize in grow­ing culi­nary and med­i­c­i­nal mush­rooms indoors year-round, along­side sea­son­al pro­duce, using cer­ti­fied all-nat­ur­al grow­ing prac­tices. We love being part of our local farm­ers mar­kets — con­nect­ing with cus­tomers, shar­ing how our food is grown, and build­ing com­mu­ni­ty around fresh, local­ly pro­duced food. Our goal is to pro­vide high-qual­i­ty, respon­si­bly grown prod­ucts while rais­ing our fam­i­ly with a deep con­nec­tion to food and the peo­ple we serve.

About Our Products

We grow a beautiful collection of our favorite mushrooms indoors all year long such as fresh Lions Mane, Chestnut, King Trumpet, Shiitake and a variety of Oyster mushrooms.  We also grow seasonal produce such as salad greens, tomatoes, peppers, herbs and microgreens.  Our product line is rounded out with small-batch canned goods like pickled vegetables and salsa, made using our urban farm-grown produce whenever possible.
