About Us
We are a husband-and-wife, first-generation farming team practicing urban agriculture in Wisconsin. As parents to a big (and growing!) family of seven kids, our farm is truly family-run from the ground up. We specialize in growing culinary and medicinal mushrooms indoors year-round, alongside seasonal produce, using certified all-natural growing practices. We love being part of our local farmers markets — connecting with customers, sharing how our food is grown, and building community around fresh, locally produced food. Our goal is to provide high-quality, responsibly grown products while raising our family with a deep connection to food and the people we serve.
About Our Products
We grow a beautiful collection of our favorite mushrooms indoors all year long such as fresh Lions Mane, Chestnut, King Trumpet, Shiitake and a variety of Oyster mushrooms. We also grow seasonal produce such as salad greens, tomatoes, peppers, herbs and microgreens. Our product line is rounded out with small-batch canned goods like pickled vegetables and salsa, made using our urban farm-grown produce whenever possible.
