We're at Breese Stevens Field on July 11, 2026!

The Dane County Farmers’ Market will be held at Breese Stevens Field on Saturday, July 11th from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. for one weekend only.

Join us for a special market filled with Wisconsin goodness at Breese Stevens Field, 917 E. Mifflin Street, Madison, WI 53703, our traditional location during the annual Art Fair on the Square. From 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., you can enjoy a delicious array of vegetables, cheese, meat, flowers, baked goods, fruit, and other great products - all grown and raised in Wisconsin by the person behind the stand.

SNAP/EBT Services will be provided from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the green tent Information Booth. An added bonus? The Double Dollars nutrition program is currently underway at all of our markets. This means that when you take $20 out of your FoodShare account, you will automatically receive an additional $20 to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables grown by your local farmers.

In addition to regular agricultural market vendors, you can also purchase a copy of The Dane County Farmers’ Market Cookbook: Local Foods, Global Flavors at the green tent Information Booth. We’ll also have canvas tote bags featuring Wisconsin produce available for purchase.

Customers can bike, bus, walk or drive to Breese Stevens Field. Customer parking can be found at many neighboring garages. The streets immediately surrounding Breese Stevens Field will be reserved for market vendors only. Pets are not permitted. Service animals are allowed.

And since this change in scenery brings with it a change in how our farmers set up, we could use your help bright and early! From 5:30 to 7:30 a.m. vendors will need help moving their products from their vehicles outside the field to their stall locations on the field. Feel free to share this with your friends (groups are welcome!), and if you're interested in volunteering, please send us an email at info@dcfm.org.
