Asparagus - fat or skinny, purple or green, eating asparagus is one of our favorite ways to celebrate the arrival of spring.  Unsure how to prepare it - check out these recipes!

Carrots - you may think of carrots as a fall crop, but many of our farmers over-winter carrots for amazing sweet crunch!

Lettuce - sure, you can always find lettuce in the grocery store, but the delicate spring varieties that show up at Market are unparalleled in flavor. Try a new varietal like mizuna or mache!

Mint - after a long winter, we're crazy about fresh herbs! Add some spring mint to your water glass for a taste of spring.

Morels - the elusive morel. It's like an Easter egg hunt for grown-ups. These delicacies will start popping up once our daytime temperatures are above 60 degrees.

Pea Vines - a sure sign of spring. Keep your eyes peeled for jumbled tangles of bright green pea vines. Not sure how to use them - check out these recipes

Radish - with top-to-tail usefulness, make sure you eat not only the colorful root, but also the delicious greens!
