About Our Products

We hand make Biscotti ( 12 kinds including our newest - Gluten Free Triple Chocolate ),  Fresh  Panettone,   100% Semolina Bread,   Asiago Black Pepper Bread,  Cinque Terre Five Grain Bread,  Tomato Scaccia and Spinach 'Mpanata.   We have no employees so everything is done by Joe & Ruby.   We are a seasonal bakery and are not at the market June, July and August.
