About Us
Prairie Junction Farms is a small farm turned small business from East Troy, WI. We are a family run business making different varieties of toffee since 2020. I’m sure over this season, you will be able to meet us and our five kids as we get to know our customers at the Dane County Farmer’s Market. We are always ready with a sample!
About Our Products
We make different varieties of toffee including milk chocolate and dark chocolate with sea salt. We also partnered with Driftless Glen to make the first Wisconsin Bourbon Toffee and our Toffee in the Rye using Driftless Glen rye whiskey. Our Bourbon Toffee placed 2nd in the world in an international, blind tasting competition. Stop by and see us for a sample!
