About Us

Knead is a bak­ing com­pa­ny that spe­cial­izes in sour­doughs, bis­cuits, and a vari­ety of sweets from cook­ies to fla­vored nuts. Knead is helmed by its cre­ator Vic­tor Perez, a Cuban Amer­i­can whose roots orig­i­nate in Mia­mi, Flori­da. Estab­lished in Jan­u­ary 2024, Knead goal is to bring cus­tomers new and inno­v­a­tive con­cepts regard­ing baked goods that are unique to your every­day bak­ery. Each one of sig­na­ture sour­doughs are cre­at­ed with two com­plete­ly dif­fer­ent sour­dough starters com­bin­ing grace­ful­ly with test­ed fla­vors to bring our cus­tomers bread that you won’t soon forget. 

A good team is a must in a kitchen and Kneads Bak­ery is no excep­tion. Behind the inge­nu­ity and hard work of Chef Vic­tor are Knead­’s mas­ter­class Sou Chefs Pip­pin and Gris­wold. These hard-work­ing felines are an inspi­ra­tion. Not only are they experts in the fine art of bis­cuit craft­ing but have excep­tion­al social media skills.
