About Us
Our trout are raised in 3,500 gallons per minute of high quality natural spring water. We have been in business since 1955, we hatch our own trout, and salmon, raise and process in a FDA inspected food processing plant
All of our smoked fish are smoked on-site with a state of the art smokehouse. We smoke with premium German alder wood chips. Vacuum sealed to ensure consistent quality.
No antibiotics or chemicals are used, we feed a non-GMO diet, and also use best aquaculture practices. No preservatives or nitrates are used
We are a third generation family farm that strives to provide superior products and service
